Haut.AI Raised €2 Million Seed Funding

Haut.AI, a European generative AI leader in beauty and skincare tools like SkinGPT, has raised €2 million in seed funding from LongeVC and the shareholders of Grupo Boticário. Haut.AI will use the funds to grow and scale its no-code skincare e-commerce personalization platform, and R&D will concentrate on multimodal generative AI for skin analysis.

“Using innovative AI, we’ve made a selfie a potent diagnostic tool for online businesses, followed by a personalized product journey,” said Anastasia Georgievskaya, CEO and co-founder of Haut. AI. It’s not just about advice; it’s a precise skincare analysis that ensures everyone, regardless of age, gender, or location, can be served.”

LongeVC and Grupo Boticário have high hopes for Haut. AI. “Haut.AI’s cutting-edge tech will underpin the next generation of skin health, from early detection to diagnostics to personalized care,” said Garri Zmudze of LongeVC. “As they progress, look for game-changing remedies to real-world skin problems. They are pioneering the use of AI for skin health and introducing it to more customers worldwide.”

“In Haut.AI, we see not just a startup, but the future of skin wellness,” Paulo Braga of Grupo Boticário’s shareholders’ VC arm stated. Anastasia and her team have a compelling vision that is supported by technology. The experience of purchasing cosmetics online today is similar to buying electronics or books, but the consumer journey is far from equal. We’re ecstatic to be a part of it.”

Haut.AI is a pioneer in online skincare research, as evidenced by top-tier partners such as Beiersdorf and Ulta Beauty, the world’s largest beauty retailer. Its scientifically precise technology enables retailers and brands to give accurate digital skin assessments and targeted product recommendations in-store and online.

The company’s colossal skin imaging library ensures fair and unbiased AI and skincare intelligence. Their early adoption of generative AI technologies, such as GANs, has cemented their leadership in developing high-quality synthetic data. They unveiled SkinGPT, a transformational virtual skincare try-on, in 2023 and will continue to use GenAI to uphold their ethical AI vow.

In other news, Haut.AI has joined the Pegasus Program and added industry veterans Peter Diamandis and Nicola Bell to its Board of Advisors. Haut.AI will shortly announce further products and partnerships.
